Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.
To help your parents use Daily Sign In/Out, View Daily Attendance and Report Absence, Send Messages, you can send an invitation to set up CareConnect Family account for parents. This guide focuses on how to send the invitation to parents trough CareConnect mobile app. For parent invite through the web, see CareConnect Web - Invite Parents. 1. Open the CareConnect Mobile app and sign in to your account.
2. In order to invite a parent you need to add parent as contact first, please see Add Contacts and Additional Authorized Pickups. To locate the contact section: Student tab → Select a Student → Student Profile → Scroll to Contacts, Press to edit an existing contact.
2. Add the parent's email address you want to send the invite to, then Click Save. System will ask you if you would like to send the invite now or later.
3. You can always re-invite parents through Profile page. To send multiple parent invites or re-invites in batch, please see CareConnect Web - Parent Account Management / Gestión de la cuenta de los padres.
