CareConnect provides a secure and flexible check-in experience convenient to both staff and parents. CareConnect's Kiosk and attendance modules offer a secure digital sign-in experience that tracks the time and date of a student's drop off and pick up, the user who signed them in/out, and additional security through a PIN code and digital signatures. The Kiosk is an easier and more secure sign-in process when compared to pen and paper and Contactless Attendance is an added benefit to promote a touchless sign-in experience.
CareConnect has two primary ways to manage and track a student’s attendance. The Parent Kiosk for parents, and the Attendance Mode for staff. The Kiosk has additional security that can be configurable based on the provider's needs while the Attendance mode offers a quick attendance tracking tool for staff.
CareConnect can support different ways providers prefer to manage check-in process.
- Contactless Attendance: Parents can use the QR code scan feature on their mobile devices to complete sign in and out. PIN input is required. No app installation is required.
- Contactless Attendance with Family app: Parents no longer need to input PIN during sign in and out. Family app installation is required
- Kiosk PIN Input: Parents can enter their PIN code to check their children in or out. Any admin or staff member can launch the Parent Kiosk.

Managing Attendance Records
Staff review and manage attendance records through web and mobile app to make sure that current and historical attendance data is accurate, even if an attendance action is forgotten or missed.
